Ticket exchange: if it opens, a 5 to 8 percent all-in marketplace fee or a fixed organizer transfer fee, whichever the law, the processor's real costs and the organizer agreement support. The headline take rate is not the economics; dispute costs are.
Pricing questions
Why list prices you do not charge?
Because hiding them until checkout is the pattern we are trying not to copy. Seeing the planned price next to the free builder lets you decide early and tell us if it is wrong.
Will the free invoice get a paywall later?
No. Basic invoices and receipts stay free. Paid features are the workflows around them: sending with secure links, processor-verified payment status, reminders, profiles and team archives.
What about taxes and processing fees?
Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout, separately. Card processing is our cost on direct purchases, not a line on your receipt.
Do credits expire?
Packs will be sold with non-expiring terms where the law allows, with the terms stated in full before purchase.
